Happy New Year!!!

Here is wishing each and every one of you a Happy New Year! Hope you all have big plans for a great celebration. Here in the Hood household, we have two kids with a stomach virus so looks like our plans involve staying home and doctoring the young-uns. Oh, well, Dick Clark is supposed to be back this year so it won't be a total loss.
See ya again in 2006!!!

To pile revenue it is usually a smart idea to begin a savings or investing plan as early in life as possible. But don't despair if you have not begun saving your money until later on in life. As a consequence of hard work, that is investigating the best investment vehicles for your assets you can slowly but surely increase your property so that it numbers to a large amount by the time you wish to retire. Observe all of the available asset classes from stocks to real estate as investments for your money. A knowledgeable and diversified portfolio of investments in a wide range of asset classes will make your money expand throughout the years.

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
